18. To start the replication job immediately, click Run in the Replication Management

pane’s Toolbar. Or wait for the job to run as scheduled. If you click Run, a

confirmation message will display.

19. Click Yes. Once the job starts, the Replication Management pane’s view updates.

The Job Progress column in the Replication Log refreshes with the status

Replicating.

20. Once the replication job completes, the view updates again.

The Last Result column in the Replication Log now has a status of Successful.
