Supported RADIUS Functions and Servers

Supported functions

Supported authentication and authorization functions: Remote Authentication Dial-In

User Service (RADIUS). Use RADIUS to administer remote access for each Rack PDU

centrally. When a user accesses the Rack PDU, an authentication request is sent to the

RADIUS server to determine the permission level of the user.

Supported RADIUS servers

Supported RADIUS servers: FreeRADIUS and Microsoft IAS 2003. Other commonly

available RADIUS applications may work but have not been fully tested.
