This command has no user guidelines.
Example
The following example displays how to specify that matching packets are to be dropped at
ingress.
console(config-policy-classmap)#drop
mark cos
Use the
mark cos
command in Policy-Class-Map Configuration mode to mark all packets for the
associated traffic stream with the specified class of service value in the priority field of the 802.1p
header. If the packet does not already contain this header, one is inserted.
Syntax
mark cos

—Specifies the CoS value as an integer. (Range: 0 - 7)
Default Configuration
The default value for this command is 1.
