Working with Rules

In the Metrics area, select percentUserTime and click Insert.
The Condition box in the display area refreshes, showing the newly-selected
metric.

Edit the condition as follows:
#percentUserTime# > 0.9

Click the Validate button ( ) above the Condition box.
A success message appears above the Condition box.

Refine the newly-created condition by adding a time constraint to it and a Groovy
function that retrieves a maximal value of the metric over a 24-hour period.
